Developed in collaboration with Professor of Health, Dr Grant Schofield, with input from tradies themselves, this self-paced programme equips builders and residential construction workers with practical tools to recognise stress, manage pressure, and boost resilience both on and off the job site.
It is hosted by Site Safe. They aim to provide the best leadership, behaviour and systems to support a positive change in the health and safety culture in New Zealand. Since 1999, Site Safe has been influential in creating a positive change in the health & safety culture of New Zealand’s construction industry.
