Do the units come with a Code of Compliance Certificates?

Yes. All Unit2Go units are built by Licensed Building Practitioners and come with a full Council Code of Compliance.

Does the unit come with a warranty?

Yes. The law requires that Unit2Go units come with a minimum 10 year watertightness and structural warranty.

Are the units insured?

Yes. All Unit2Go units are insured during the build, during delivery, and with the CCC can be insured ongoing by you the buyer.

What sort of quality are the units?

All Unit2Go units have traditional NZ timber framing, kiwi joinery, roofing, cladding and lining as you would expect in any good quality NZ home.

Quality

Quality furnishings and appliances. Upgrades and extras - large vanity, 1x1 m shower, 24Ltr gas califont, splashback, rangehood, TV cable/power setup, washing machine taps, dishwasher taps, and plumbing upgrades.

Style

Furniture package from Bed, Bath & Beyond, Comfi bedding (queen and single beds with bases). Home enhancements: Deck, tile and carpet upgrades, kitchen upgrade and blinds.

Durability

From the durability and safety that comes from high quality base materials, and products throughout. 10 year watertightness and structural warranty.

The tiny home is a brand new, fully furnished 55-square-metre transportable unit comprising two bedrooms, an office, a bathroom, as well as a kitchen and lounge.

Why did you put a $1 reserve on the unit auction?

We wanted to make sure that this Charity Auction received lots of attention and awareness. However, we hope and trust that the quality of the Unit2Go home and the value of $200k+ will mean that it will fetch a market value price.

How do we get it delivered it if we are the successful bidder?

The 55-square-metre Unit2Go is a transportable home and fully furnished. It comes with a $5,000 transport voucher and can be delivered to the location of your choice.

When & where can we view the unit?

The home will be on display at Fieldays from June 12-15. The auction is live on Trade Me and closes on Sunday June 16th.

How can I bid?

The Auction is live from June 6th at Trade Me. It closes on Sunday June 16th.
